“My garage door broke and I contacted Hollywood Crawford, (my GoTo repair people), but they couldn’t get to me until the following week. I became impatient and went with another company that was highly rated on Google….BIG MISTAKE. Not only did they not fix my door, their repair estimate was almost the cost of a new garage door (per pricing on this company’s website). I canceled the appointment and contacted Hollywood Crawford. I had to wait four days, but I am glad I did. Not only did the technician, Miguel, effect the repairs in about one hour, (the other company’s tech stated the repairs were complex, and it would take 2-3 hours) and less than 50% of the other companys’ estimate. Lessons learned: go to more than one review site, be patient, and go with the best garage door company in San Antonio, Hollywood Crawford.”
