This is true on the national, regional and in the local San Antonio area. On the national level, garage doors replacement averages that 93% of the cost of door replacement is recovered. In the west, south central region, the ROI is 92.5%. In the local San Antonio area, they report a 93.3% ROI. That’s phenomenal, and the reason that garage door replacement remains king of the hill with regard to ROI for home improvements.
