1. They pick up the phone and schedule your appointment quickly and efficiently.
2. My technician showed up an hour before the one hour window I had been assigned. A one hour window is excellent to start with and arriving early is even better.
3. The technician was courteous and knew what he was doing.
4. The technician fixed the problem, and the price of both the parts and service was excellent. No attempt was made to fix parts that did not need fixing.
5. My garage door now works and works safely. I stress safely, because that is essential and it was evident that the technician had our safety in mind every step of the way.
