“I was extremely impressed with Dale’s (The technician’s) knowledge and his desire to get our doors both functioning again at the lowest possible cost. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problems, offered me a price (which I believe was more than fair) and repaired everything like a well seasoned pro. He went above and beyond to make sure he not only fixed the problems, but got both doors functioning like they were brand new. He lubricated them, tested them until they were functioning perfectly. The openers are nearly 25 years old!!! I cannot tell you how thoroughly impressed I am with the complete experience.
