The door is balanced, spring etc. was fine. Even though I had lubricated some areas, Dale had the golden prize when he greased the turn-screw with Lubriplate, along with hinges, spring at etc. My door has never sounded so quiet and like new. He showed me what areas to lubricate, how often & what product I needed to buy. He was kind, patient and professional. “Called for appointment. Received promise call from tech (Terry) who gave a 2 hour window and was prompt. Turned out to be a worn belt that had to be replaced and new one adjusted to ensure correct closing sequence. Service went smoothly and garage door was back in business inside an hour. Friendly service from initial phone call through repair service”.
