“A new garage door is one of the best and quickest ways to boost a home’s exterior appeal at a modest cost,” said Randy Oliver, president of Hollywood-Crawford Garage Door Company. “Their outstanding return on investment is great news for those thinking about selling their homes and or anyone who just wants to enjoy their home more. Our showroom has over 40 beautiful, full sized garage doors to help anyone choose the perfect garage door to enhance the value and curb appeal of their home.”
“Today there are almost an endless variety of garage door styles, colors, materials, and insulation values with price ranges for every budget. We’ve furnished and installed garage doors made with reclaimed barn wood, Corten steel, composite faux wood materials, and of course the popular contemporary full view aluminum garage doors with a variety of insulated and non-insulated glass panels. It is not uncommon for some of our clients to spend $30,000 or more on their garage doors. We recently installed seven faux wood garage doors with decorative hardware and wall mounted garage door openers on a new single-family home for over $75,000,” Oliver added.
It seems garage doors are finally receiving the respect and attention they deserve. Garage doors are now used as the primary entrance into most homes, and they can be up to 40% of the front elevation of some homes which allows the homeowner the opportunity of greatly improving the value and curb appeal of their home by just replacing their garage door.
