To enable diagnostics and connect your opener, you’ll need to add a dealer within the myQ app.

1. Open the myQ App

Launch the myQ app on your mobile device.

2. Access the Account Menu

• If your app shows Menu in the bottom right corner, tap Menu
• If your app shows your initials in the top left corner, tap your initials

3. Select “My Dealer”

Scroll down and tap My Dealer.

4. Add a New Dealer

Tap Add a New Dealer.

5. Enter Your Zip Code

Enter your zip code to view nearby dealers.

6. Select Hollywood-Crawford Door Co.

Choose Hollywood-Crawford Door Co. from the list.

7. Save Your Dealer

Tap Save My Dealer to complete the setup.
